Introducing Lithium
From Restful Touch to Lithium
For nearly two decades, Restful Touch has been a place of healing, learning, and growth. But wellness has evolved — and so have we. Lithium Wellness Cooperative is the natural next step: a community-owned cooperative designed to make wellness accessible, ethical, and sustainable for everyone.
At Lithium, clients are not just served — they are part of something bigger. And wellness professionals are not just employees — they are co-owners, leaders, and visionaries in shaping the future of our industry.
Our Mission
Lithium Wellness Cooperative exists to redefine wellness in Bozeman by providing cutting-edge spa and fitness services while giving wellness professionals a true voice as co-owners.
We believe wellness should never be a luxury. By combining advanced treatments with cooperative ownership, we’re creating a movement where care, community, and innovation come first.

Sarah Lehmann has spent nearly two decades in the wellness industry building something she actually believes in. As the founder of Restful Touch Wellness Collective and the Restful Touch School of Massage Therapy in Bozeman, she knows what it takes to create a space where both clients and practitioners thrive.
Lithium Wellness Cooperative is the next chapter. Born from years of hands-on experience and a deep respect for the people doing the work, Lithium is built on a simple idea: wellness businesses work better when everyone has a seat at the table.
Sarah leads the cooperative as Founder and CEO/CFO, bringing the same straightforward, no-fluff approach to running a business that she brings to everything else. She's based in Bozeman, rooted in this community, and genuinely excited about what this team is building together.

She believes in making a genuine difference in people's lives by helping them feel better both physically and mentally. As president of the board of directors she will be responsible for leadership of the board, setting meeting agendas, chairing all meetings and being the primary liaison between the board, management, staff and co-op members.
Toni Wahl - Board President + Co-Founder

Victoria brings a grounded, no-nonsense approach to skincare that feels right at home in Bozeman. As a licensed esthetician, she specializes in results-driven facial treatments, waxing, and skin health solutions for real people with real skin concerns. Whether that's stubborn acne, the early signs of aging, or just figuring out what your skin actually needs, she's got you covered.
Victoria works with all skin types and welcomes clients of every background, including men who are new to skincare and not sure where to start. She has a knack for making the process feel approachable and practical rather than intimidating, and she's just as comfortable talking through a treatment plan as she is getting to work.
When she's not in the treatment room, you'll find her on the water or out in the hills. That connection to the outdoors shapes how she thinks about skin: protecting it, maintaining it, and keeping it healthy for the long haul.
